Completing your past and working on your personality is valuable. But what to do with the energy that you free in that process? You take action to create the life that you want.
In this process, we accompany you to first get clear on what it is that you want. Which kind of world do you want to live in? What are the values and ideals you stand for? What makes a life enjoyable for you? The first part of our course is dedicated to those questions.
In the second part of the course, you will choose one concrete, feasible step you will take in your own life. This can be anything, really. You may want to create your first online event. Or you want to host a mini-party before starting a bar. Or test-camp in grandma’s backyard before going on a ten-month backpacking tour in South America.
If you are curious to start a business, you can give your action a business character.
And you can do something which is entirely non-business oriented. Either way, you will set a date or deadline and commit to the group to your action. Taking on a commitment will highly increase the value that you get out of this course for your life. The magic of this second part lies in finding the appropriate step for you right now. You can start on any level and you do not need to have any clue right now what it is that you will want to implement in the course. You just need to be curious. Every session will consist of sharing rounds, where we all learn from each other and there is an opportunity for coaching.
Taking action brings up the shit in all of us and in this course we welcome it as an opportunity for growth. There will be content provided by Marvin and Stefan, and there will be exercises during the session. The action which you decide to implement in the second half of the course will determine how much work you will put in outside of the course.
An additional buddy system will enhance communication within the group and ensure that you stay in the energy of the course between the calls. The trainers are available in case of any urgent issues for a 20-minute emergency call within 24 hours throughout the course.
