In this Radical Honesty weekend workshop in Prague, you will learn the core fundamentals of Radical Honesty.
You will experience what happens when you drop your usual survival strategies—like people-pleasing, pretending, or holding back information—and instead choose to speak your truth. You will practice getting clear on what your truth actually is (including your physical sensations and feelings) and then directly and congruently expressing what is really going on inside you.
Radical Honesty is a practical way to stress less, have more energy, and experience connection on a completely different level than you might be used to. Through this kind of honesty, you participate directly in life rather than spending most of your time caught up in your thoughts.
Of course, it’s not always comfortable, but you will learn how to stay grounded and present even in difficult moments. This helps you get over anger, fights, and frustrations much faster, allowing you to finally close old stories and leave the past behind.

It frees up enormous amounts of energy when you stop censoring and managing your image, and instead simply are exactly who you are. Conflicts usually become a lot less threatening when you address them directly instead of avoiding them.

Schedule:
Friday: 19:00 to 21:30
Saturday: 10:00 to 18:00
Sunday: 10:00 to 17:00
The Location: TBA, Prague Central
Price: I want to make this workshop accessible to the local community in Prague while still covering the costs of the event. Therefore, I offer a trust-based sliding scale based on your local economy and financial reality. Please be honest with yourself and choose the tier that applies to you:
Local / Reduced Rate: € 290 (For locals living in Prague/CZ earning a local salary, or anyone currently experiencing severe financial hardship. I want you to be there!)
Standard Rate: € 350 (For people with a regular income who can comfortably afford a weekend workshop).
Supporter / International Rate: € 400 (For participants traveling from countries with a stronger economy/higher salaries (e.g. Germany, Switzerland, UK) or those who are financially abundant. By choosing this rate, you directly support making the lower rate possible for locals).
There is also one helper spot available for € 200. As a helper, you will assist with setting up and packing down the room, making tea, etc.

Workshop Recommendations & Conditions of Participation
Attendance Please plan to be present for all sessions. You cannot miss an entire session and continue participating in the workshop. Friday evening is mandatory for the workshop. You cannot skip Friday.
Disclaimer This workshop is not suitable for pregnant women, people in active psychosis, or people with severe personality disorders. This workshop is not trauma therapy and does not replace it. This work serves more as a compass. You can continue to work on the themes that come up for you this weekend afterward.
